Historic Modern Apartment! Park Free w/ DT Views!

Apartment was clean, but there were a couple spiders! I also wished there were better window coverings. It was way too bright at night with the lights coming through the thin blinds. Very convenient place to the venue I was attending.

Loved this apt! Super cute, great location, and great communication from the host (Jake). Would definitely stay again.

As somebody who walks every day the location of this unit provided a great variety of interesting pa Positive: Location, layout, cleanliness Negative: A bit noisy from upstairs and some occasional bursts of wall vibrating machinery. Great for early risers: 5:00am (summer) as the sun illuminates the room even with the blinds drawn. I would suggest a room separator that could be pulled out from the window side of the bed or dropped down from the ceiling. This inexpensive addition could even save wear and tear on the window blinds.
