Sauna, Pool, Hot-Tub, Pickleball, Tennis!

Looks good in marketing photos but in person the home is dingy and needs a deep cleaning. Positive: Location was quiet and safe. Close to pool. Nice view of golf course. Spacious kitchen. Appliances were modern. Living room was bright. Open floorplan in common areas was clever. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Good wifi. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Negative: Arrived and the property was grimy. Front entrance floor was covered with debris and dirt. Splatter of a drink was on the kitchen floor. Utensils were greasy. Floor next to bedside table was disgusting. Patio furniture off bedroom was dusty and covered in leaves. Spent first night of our vacation cleaning the property. A bit disappointing.

We come down every Memorial Day weekend with our family. It’s a wonderful tradition our parents started way back when. Our kids look forward to it every year.

We all gathered from LA, Phoenix and Alpine to celebrate our friend’s birthday. A perfectly central and beautiful place to relax and enjoy ourselves. The views from every window and patio were lovely. All of the amenities allowed us to cook, barbecue, play games, have cocktails and even dance. We also went hiking in the Indian Canyon and that was fun… time went to fast and we definitely needed an extra day to use the pool or walk around the community…

The nicest rental we ever stayed at. Very well provisioned with some nice features. Excellent location with a great view from the patio. Jake was very responsive and excellent to deal with. Highly recommended.

Immaculate and clean. Lovely property and very modern. The entire group loved the space. Location is close to the pool and a short walk from the clubhouse.
