Dirty, unkept unit with uncomfortable furniture, hosted by an unresponsive manager.
Positive: I didn't like anything about this property.
Negative: The property was dirty. Multiple fixtures in the unit are broken or damaged and should have been replaced. The bed and couch are incredibly uncomfortable. The portable air conditioner is too small to effectively cool the unit.

I stayed for a month as I was transitioning to a new job. Jake was a great host, very responsive. The price was low and therefore attractive. The neighborhood however was a bit sketchy. I never felt unsafe but wouldn’t rent there again. The unit is heated by 2 space heaters, one in the main room, the other via a wall unit in the bedroom. It was effectively warm but the plug in unit in the main room was a bit loud. A large air conditioner was also available but didn’t need it in the middle of January.
