Great downtown location within walking distance to Riverfront Park. Lots of natural light with big windows. Fast internet.

DON’T book here! Any place but this! Positive: This is the WORSE property I have ever seen - and I have traveled all over the world so that is saying a lot. It was so dirty, and in such a bad part of Spokane that I booked at another hotel directly (not with Booking) and lost over $200 on this trip. Negative: It was dirty, smelly, very poor service from the company. Multiple hidden charges. Previous damage in the room that was un-repaired. It was so bad I couldn’t stay at this property and had to book another hotel and lost my money on this trip because I was afraid I was going to go home with bedbugs. I wish I could post pictures so that I could show you the soiled spots on the mattress and linens and walls. This place was more sketchy than a youth hostile in downtown DC.
