Place was clean, cozy and just what I was hoping for. Location was what I would expect to find in a downtown area of a city.

Downtown Review

We Loved your property, our only concern was the odor coming from the laundry area. I know its minor, and their was a plastic bag of towels that was on the ground we were not sure what that was about? Nancy

Clean and spacious, short walk to Riverfront Park

The rental was clean and had plenty of room. There was coffee provided, always a big plus for me! It was a short walk to Riverfront Park and the Convention Center (about 10 minutes). My Uber driver warned me that there were a lot of homeless people in the area but I felt safe, even when walking alone after dark. I would stay in this rental again if I come back to Spokane.

Good for couples wanting an urban experience Positive: The apartment was modernly decorated, and very conveniently located (within walking distance) of many restaurants, shops, and bars. The amenities are as described, and there is also an electric fireplace. It's a very comfortable place to spread out over a long weekend, and a great retreat with close proximity to city amenities. The big windows in the living room were beautiful, and the privacy shades were very helpful. Negative: As of February of 2025, the apartment is located across the street from a 200+ unit affordable housing building. So this creates a gathering point for both the local homeless and addicted populations, then followed by police cars every several hours with sirens blaring. As a woman traveling with a male partner, I did not feel unsafe at any point walking around, and had no difficult interpersonal interactions. And every city is experiencing a homelessness problem, for sure, and that is terrible. But if I were traveling solo as a woman on vacation, I don't think I would choose to stay here (I feel bad saying that, but it is what it is). There was also a constant din coming from the vents that I wasn't sure if it was ventilation or noise cancelation - but it was not able to be adjusted, and was slightly unsettling. The big windows in the living room were beautiful, and the privacy shades were very helpful, but it was hard to ignore the street below. We received the check in code slightly over 24 hours in advance, but it did not work. Fortunately we received another code less than 24 hours prior to our arrival that did work.

The unit was clean and lovely to stay in. Though staying in Downtown Spokane has inherent risks

Wonderful property. They have been renovating the building. Some areas are a little dated. The lobby door has a door code for added security. While it is conviniently in the downtown area, the lack of designated parking, and having to rely on street parking ir oay to park lots means I waz concerned about my personal property and oarking fees. There were severak envounters with billegerent peiple right outside the complex that made soending time outside of the rental stressful.. the host was communicative with me and very hekpful.
