We came for our first Hoopfest. This place was perfectly located with the ease of the parking garage just across the street. Everything was as described. Would definitely rent again.

The location was very convenient and close to downtown, which was a major plus. However, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The air conditioning had a strong unpleasant odor during my stay, and I had to contact the host about the smell. The unit also did not seem to cool effectively. Additionally, the washer and dryer were difficult to use because parts appeared to be broken or coming loose, making laundry frustrating.I also did not find the property to be as clean as expected. While the location was excellent, cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly impacted my experience. I would recommend that future guests carefully consider these factors before booking.

The air con didn’t really work well, also the door code didn’t work when I first checked in, parking and the cleaning fee made comparable to a hotel.
