Stunning Craftsman Home in Manito! w/FREE parking!

Great location right across from the most iconic park in Spokane, Manito, walked to Rocket bakery, right down the street, walked to the park, hopped on a bus headed downtown. It was exactly what I needed. Host was super helpful and was able to get my work done as well.

The back porch and railing are in need of attention. The property is very well located. Be aware you are sharing the house with an upstairs tenant. The couch is tired. The bedrooms are very large and quiet. The tub is small and not sized for bathing. The inside and out are clean. The blankets could use replacing. The host will not budge if you need to change plans. We tried to cancel but there was no ability to refund any money, even with the wildfires. Overall, a good place.

For the first time doing this, it's an experience I'm eager to repeat. I was nervous at first, but the contact person was extremely helpful, and I would freely recommend that anyone who hasn't tried this "take a chance"; it will be worthwhile for you. Everything that they explained was available, except for one minor glitch, but even that was so minor as to be unnecessary to worry about.

Right across from the park and very cute house. Easy to make work for a family of 4.

The location of the home was convenient. Having Manito park across the street was a plus long with the amazing coffee shop and bakery a few steps away. The home’s furnishings and amenities need upgrading and a fresh new look. Cleanliness was adequate. The back porch entry needs upgrading.
