Would stay again if it was in a different location. Not bad for a 2 night stay on short notice. Our kids had a lot of fu
Positive: The amenities were well thought out. And there was plenty of room for everyone. I loved that the check out list was simple.
Negative: There was light pouring straight into your face in the main bedroom from a street lamp. The location is super loud. There were druggies shooting up all over the place. It was very sketchy taking small children into the building. The pull out bed didn’t work - and the beds were very tall and a fall risk for small kids. But we made it work. Netflix etc didn’t work.

Clean modern loft in the central historic district
Positive: This is a historic old brick building completely rebuilt and modernized and turned into 4 rentals. The modern industrial look is chic, but the kitchens and bathrooms are completely new. Beds were comfortable; didn't need to use any heat or ac because temps were nice. Used the kitchen and it was functional and well equipped. Code locks for the door on the street and for each unit. Communication with the host was through the Booking app, but they always responded quickly.
Negative: This is a downtown location, with all of the pluses and minuses. 5-10 minute walk to the river, the waterfalls, the convention center. Dozens of restaurants, breweries and coffee shops nearby. If you wish to use public transit, the main bus station area is about 2 blocks, as is the famous Davenport Hotel. That being said, downtown Spokane does have a fair number of homeless and/or indigent folks. Our home town has more, so we are used to it. Not once did any homeless person do anything the least bit threatening, but it can be upsetting for some to see the obviously mentally ill ones on the street grappling with their issues.

Great location to everything downtown with lots of space!
Positive: The location was perfect for walking everywhere. There was ample space for our family of 5, we were very comfortable here and will be staying again! Bonus, we loved being next to the Satellite for breakfast.
Negative: I wouldn't want to walk around at night here, especially with the kids. But during the day was fine!
There was city noise but the hosts provided sound machines which worked great.

Quick Trip
We were in Spokane for a concert and stayed at the loft. Very comfortable, clean and everything was easy. Neighborhood is a bit rough at night but we were able to walk to our destination with no problems. Thanks for having us.
