Designer Loft Downtown with WiFi! 210

Overall good experience for the price, I would stay again. Host was very communicative. Positive: Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/supplies to cook simple meals, quiet while inside the building, secured building and unit with passkey. Liked having AC unit. Location was good, walkable to restaurants. W/D in unit if needed for longer term stay. Wasn’t asked to do copious amounts of cleaning before leaving, it was suggested to put towels in one location and doing the dishes which is reasonable. Negative: Parking was expensive if you don’t take advantage of free street parking after 7pm. Couple of minor repairs could improve look and feel in unit (closet bifold off track, bathroom sink drained slow).

This is a great unit to stay in. Very nice layout and enough space for a few people to stay very comfortably. Positive: Great property in the heart of Spokane. Secure building access with a great apartment set up.

The perfect place to stay downtown.

We highly recommend this place. The only thing that could make it better would be to have a tv in the bedroom. It was WONDERFUL!!! We will stay again!

Enjoyed taking the stairs up to the cool loft apartment and then stepping out into the middle of downtown Spokane. Exactly what I needed after a long road trip from California. Got to relax in the apartment, appreciated laundry access and loved the sushi downstairs.
