This property was exactly as advertised. It was a beautiful space, very clean, conveniently located, with great amenities. The host was very friendly, helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was very straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, very cool apartment and very efficient check in/ check out process. Well located for walkability to the riverfront.

Very nice property yet it is located in a poor neighborhood with many homeless folks and low income apartment with several smokers gathered outside. If walking, then this becomes an inconvenience.
·Asia Dela Cruz·April 2026
Very responsive and helpful hosts, well represented in photos, convenient location to downtown.

The
Negative: The location and all the homeless around especially with kids and not having a designated parking spot.
