Quaint South Hill Home w/ Luxury King Bed & Wifi!

Convenient location in an interesting neighborhood, very responsive host.

Throughout all of the upkeep that could take place we were comfortable and safe. We enjoyed our selves. Positive: I chose this place for its location and reasonable cost. We loved the beds, very comfortable and a great night sleep. Located next to Grain Seed Bakery and Restaurant which was wonderful. Easy access to freeway. In Perry Street area full of fun things to do. Negative: management did not tell us that we had to choose between two different deposits for damages until after you book. A cost up front. Safety: No hand railing at front steps. Sidewalk to the front door broken and uneven. The faucet in the bathroom sink and water flow was not extended out far enough to meet the sink without hitting the back counter. There was food left on the leg of the coffee table and floor in front of couch. Back porch area/ deck was unusable.

The house was cute. The king bed was very comfortable. Just a few housekeeping issues that Jake said he would have his team take care of after our stay. He was a very responsive host.

Definitely great place in nice neighborhood. Could not be happier with or stay as well as communication with host was excellent. 9 out of 10
