Quaint South Hill Home w/ Luxury King Bed & Wifi!

Nice location, good size home. Thought it had a back yard but the front area worked well. Didn't know there was a tenant living above the property. That would have been nice to know up front but we did get to meet him. Comfortable beds and a very nice kitchen. Wish there had been some sort of saran wrap or storage containers to use while we were there.

Needs to be upront about damage deposit! Positive: Home has a good location for getting into downtown and accessing restaurants and local attractions. Beds were comfortable and the host responded quickly with the request for paper towels. Washer/dryer worked well and were a nice addition to have. Negative: Host will not provide your check-in code until you've paid a $300 damage deposit. This is not mentioned anywhere on his advertisement. Once your cancellation period expires you're stuck. Very complicated check-in with photo scans and ID checks. Kitchen is poorly equipped with silverware. Back porch and outdoor area in back hasn't been cleaned and deck furnishings are falling apart.

Was in town for one night and this was a great experience for us! Property was very clean and put us in walking distance to a great little bakery and a really good pizza spot about a 10 minute walk from there. Thanks!

Still very enjoyable! Will definitely stay again if in that area! Positive: Very cozy. Great location. The little bread/cafe thing down the road is a great bonus! Would definitely advertise for that as well for stays! It was so convenient. Negative: Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom sink faucet is very messy as it basically shoots water onto the sink. Shower was a little dirty.

Loved the quaint bungalow in this South Perry Neighborhood. Close to restaurants and walking distance to a wonderful bakery. We were in town for our Gonzaga’s Fall Family weekend. Jake - thank you for communicating with us. The checkin and check out was easy. Will definitely book again
