Excellent location for getting to know downtown Spokane. Apartment was clean and well stocked with necessities for a short or longer stay. I stayed 11 days. Jake was always available if needed. Only headache for me was parking my rental car, particularly overnight. I recommend downloading the Park Mobile app to help with parking.

This was a perfect location in downtown Spokane. It is one block away from the riverfront and close to many restaurants and boutiques. It is a beautiful property that is very spacious and modern. It's shabby-chic look was very cozy and it has all upgraded kitchen and bathroom amenities. I will definitely plan to stay here again:)
