Historic Studio w/ Lux Mattress Walk 2 Everything!

After driving for 3 days, I arrived to the rental and was initially impressed. It was clean, cute, ‘ spacious. Then we noticed water leaking from the portable AC unit; that wasn’t pictured in the photos when I made my rental selection. That thing was so loud too. It took a few hours for everything to get resolved & for the host to agree to cancel & refund my reservation.

Great property, amazing host, irresponsible neighbors Positive: Convenient access to downtown, lovely building, VERY responsive host. Negative: It should be mentioned in the ad that the neighbor has a small dog that barks constantly. Had to leave 3 times due to the annoying barking. Will never return to this location solely because of that dog

Affordable and clean. Overall, we had a good experience staying in your facility! Positive: Great location. We were there for a music conference concert and appreciated the location and the affordability. Having an elevator was a real plus. Very easy to load and unload. Negative: Parking was a challenge. The public parking garage was kitty corner from the suite so it could be an obstacle for people having mobility issues. Be careful to use the correct PIN number for entry - including the hashtag. I was locked out because I did not use the hashtag and there was a huge snowstorm right at that time. Finally got in so it worked out.

I was in town for a family emergency and the apartment was clean, conveniently located, and perfectly met my needs.
