Convenient Downtown Loft w/WiFi & Elevator 202

Jake was very responsive and property was conveniently located to everything.

Great location, unit is a bit beat up but nice vibe! Positive: The location is perfect and the apartment has a cool vibe. Walking distance to everything. Negative: We signed a damage waiver and deposit upon reserving the unit. Upon arrival there was a lot of damage to the unit, people have been rough with it. Plan for some time to document damage once you arrive. Good communication around that. After that though, smooth sailing and great location! We would stay again.

The Loft was well appointed and clean. Location is ideal for walking downtown, Riverside Park and beyond.The service was very welcoming and accommodating. I would stay there again.

Quiet, cozy small loft apartment. Easy access and booking. Positive: It was a nice quiet apartment in the heart of Downtown Spokane. Keep in mind is Downtown of a major city (no matter how tiny it may feel at times) . The building a little old but full of history. The elevator was kinda spooky, but I find most elevators give me that feeling. Its on the second floor so taking the stairs wasnt a hard feat. I loved being able to throw something soft onto the TV and listen to it from the bed at a reasonable distance as I went to sleep. The host was very kind, attentive and even answered a few questions I had before booking. 10/10 would recommend. They also have an AMAZING deposit system. Negative: Not much! Coming from Vegas, I am used to seeing unhoused individuals and I'll say theyre a lot nicer here! However, I understand that might be scary or new to others. If you feel like this wouldn't work for you, maybe try a different one of their properties in a different area.
