Quiet, cozy small loft apartment. Easy access and booking.
Positive: It was a nice quiet apartment in the heart of Downtown Spokane. Keep in mind is Downtown of a major city (no matter how tiny it may feel at times) . The building a little old but full of history. The elevator was kinda spooky, but I find most elevators give me that feeling. Its on the second floor so taking the stairs wasnt a hard feat. I loved being able to throw something soft onto the TV and listen to it from the bed at a reasonable distance as I went to sleep. The host was very kind, attentive and even answered a few questions I had before booking. 10/10 would recommend. They also have an AMAZING deposit system.
Negative: Not much! Coming from Vegas, I am used to seeing unhoused individuals and I'll say theyre a lot nicer here! However, I understand that might be scary or new to others. If you feel like this wouldn't work for you, maybe try a different one of their properties in a different area.

Although, I did end up getting refunded for my unused days and the cleaning fee from the Management company, the host Jake never relied to my emails and I still had to pay for the days I stayed along with the host and service fees.
My initial email was to inform him of the things that were not cleaned, linens that were wet and the tv that wasn’t logged into any of the streaming platforms. The biggest disgust was that there were finger prints, hand prints and butt prints on the windows. Although, I was not with a family of four, this space is definitely not big enough for more than a couple, especially with no door on the bedroom. The pictures on the app was not actually the apartment that was provided. The building itself was cute. The location of the apartment was close to activities, but quite sketchy and loud, with no secure place to park. The garage across the street, is not attended and still cost $25. The ad says that there is 2 hour parking for unloading. However, depending on the time of the day, these spots are occupied so don’t count on that as you may have to park several blocks away.

Enjoyed our stay
No central A/C. Duct tape covering a tear on the couch. Great coffee across the street and sushi below apartment.

Convenient location
Positive: Convenient location
Negative: Toilet was broken and couch had duck tape covering a tear. Also parking was expensive and not easy to carry belongings too. For the amount paid a parking spot should be available for that unit.
