Great location! Excellent communication. If the place is ready before 4pm they will let you enter early for a fee.

If you might cancel this is not the place for you as they will only give you 50% back even if it is months out. I thought I might have to cancel due to forest fires but luckily they did get them under control. The apartment is very nice, the beds are comfortable and everything you would need to cook anything appeared tot be there. I felt very a safe with the down stair door locked and my room had a dead bolt. You are in the city so there are some drug issues. It's a quick 5 minute walk to Riverfront Park , shopping and food ext. I would stay again.

This was an excellent location and great space. Beds were very comfortable. Parking isn’t cheap, so be sure to factor that into your plans!

Property was clean, although the towels smelled a bit musty The host was very inflexible with even a 15 minute early check in Area was noisy but that was due to setting up for a large basketball tournament

I travel with a guy in a wheelchair. This was the best ADA rental suite we have ever found was comfortable plenty of room and can’t complain about the views at all. I was especially impressed that even the laundry room was wheelchair accessible. We will book stays in the future.
